Prepare two baking sheets by layering with baking paper. Preheat oven to 175°C.

For the dough: Mix together the flour, baking powder and white sugar. Add the butter and at last the two eggs. Roll out the dough at the same size like the baking sheets.

Fort he Filling: Melt marmelade, butter, brown sugar, rum and vanilla sugar. In the end mix in the nuts. Now pour the filling onto the prepared dough.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes and remove from oven and cut cookies in any shape you like! It can be the classic triangles or circles.

For the decoration: Melt dark chocolate and decorate the cookies by dipping them into the chocolate liquid.
